There are many possible causes of knee pain that can range from movement dysfunction, joint degeneration, muscle imbalances and many more!!!

None of us are the advocates of the "Quick Fix", but there are some simple techniques you can do to relieve pain temporarily.

Here's a quick foam roll routine that I do before squats, basketball, and running! Make sure to consider all of the muscles around the knee (anterior/front, medial, and lateral).

One BIG point that I would like to mention is that foam rolling, back cracks, and massages are only TEMPORARY pain relievers. If you want to stay healthy and pain free, always check your movement patterns! Are you putting too much weight on one leg? Is your posture slouching? Are you making loud noises when you run?
